Order Handling Time

Processing of orders usually takes between 1 to 2 days, before shipping. You will be receiving an email indicating your order has shipped along with a tracking number.

If there are any inefficiencies in order processing, you will receive an email alert of the same.

Transit Time

US Shipping:

• Shipping fee: We offer flat-rate shipping at $5.69 per order for USA

International Shipping:

• Estimated transit time: 10-15 business days.
• Shipping fee: We offer flat-rate shipping at $12.76 per order for worldwide

Taxes
It should be noted that we do not collect taxes for orders. There may be some taxes or duties imposed by the region of the customers, on the packages which are to be delivered.

Shipping Delays
In case your package is not received within the estimated time of delivery, kindly contact the company through contact@gruescope.com. If the package takes more than 30 days to deliver we will refund the amount in full.

Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package: 

You are advised to check the surroundings of your house or other facilities, and there might be deliveries left in secure boxes.
Provide the contact of the shipping carrier for the next step to be taken.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Because shipping information is compiled by the customer, we do not take responsibility if parcels cannot be delivered because of wrong or missing information. Also, ensure you enter the correct shipping address when checking out for your products. If you have found an error, please notify us at contact@gruescope.com; however, it is noted that changes cannot be made after the order has shipped.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages
In cases where a package is returned to Gruescope because of a customer’s refusal or where multiple delivery attempts have been made but the customer has not been available, Gruescope may right to cancel the order and may withhold the refunds.

IMPORTANT NOTES
The delivery more than may take longer during festive occurrences or because of other unavoidable incidences. As much as possible, we try to give precise shipping information but are also not liable for the delay due to some shipping companies or customs.
