Returns & Refunds Policy









– Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.








  • Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Include your order number and any photos or videos that demonstrate the issue.
  • We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email.
  • You just need to print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  • Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.

If you do not have our email confirming the eligibility of your return request, no refunds will be issued.





6. Exchange Process

We accept exchanges in cases where the product is wrong, damaged, or not as described. Customers will not have to pay any fees to exchange goods.

To initiate a exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at contact@gruescope.com with the subject “Exchange Request”. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days. Include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return for exchange. 
  2. We will review your request and send you a return shipping label via email to send back us the item(s).
  3. Print your return label and pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Ship the item back to us at the address provided in the return label.

When we receive the return item(s) for exchange, we will notify you via email and replacement products will be sent after that within 2-3 business days.
