Shipping & Returns
When will I receive my order?
Orders ship Monday-Friday. In-stock products typically ship within 48 business hours after you submit your order. Delivery time will depend on product availability and the selected shipping method. Please note we only deliver to the US at the moment.
When will I receive a product if it’s on backorder?
Sometimes, popular items may be out of stock. It may take between 1-4 weeks for a product on backorder to be shipped to you. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
How much is shipping and handling for my order?
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on your order total. The shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. You can calculate the charges in your shopping cart by selecting the destination and level of service. Customs and duty fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can products be shipped to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses?
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Returns will only be accepted for damaged or incorrect items if reported to our Customer Service Center within 30 days of receipt. Returns cannot be exchanged for another type of item. To report a damaged or incorrectly shipped item, please retain your original packaging and contact Gruescope by email us at contact@gruescope.com within 30 days of receipt.
Backorder Items
Although we strive to keep items in stock, some products may be listed as backordered if temporarily out of stock. If an item shows as backordered, you can still place an order, but it may take an additional 2-4 weeks to ship. Inventory levels only decrease after the order is completed.
How can I track my order?
If you’ve placed an order, you can track it through an automatic email update once it’s shipped, or feel free to contact us via email for assistance.
Can I make changes to my order?
You may contact customer service at contact@gruescope.com to determine if your order can be changed before processing and shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Order processing begins 24 hours after your purchase, so cancellations may not be possible after this period. For assistance, please contact customer service at contact@gruescope.com.
